Unbelievably,
you live on an planet that spins at 1000
miles per hour and you don't feel a thing,
not even a little dizzy because your gravity
keeps you safe. The stars and Sun around
you travel a million miles a day within
your Galaxy, called the milky Way. The Milky
Way contains a 100 billion stars and there
are millions and billions of galaxies in
your universe - which is expanding at the
rate of twelve million miles per minute!!
...And
some days you may forget that there's a
world outside of your front gate - let alone
beyond the earth.
Look
up into the sky and remember this is just
a pit stop in the grand scale of things.
